An MVP, or minimum viable product, is a small usable version of a product that helps a team test an important idea with real users. It is like making a simple working sample before building the full set of features.
A team might launch a basic booking page to learn whether people want the service before adding extras. The goal is to learn from a real use, not merely to create the smallest possible thing.
An MVP still needs to be safe and useful enough for its intended test. “Minimum” does not mean careless or broken.
